I've had a longstanding problem of heat not being able to escape my dryer vent leading to condensation within the dryer dials and leakage of water from the silver hose. I had a company come out in May this year to clean the dryer vent but it turns out they cleaned the wrong vent lol That's why the problem with my dryer persisted. I found Rene on Yelp. Called him this morning and he said he could come out today and clean the vent. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my dryer vent was functioning efficiently. Our condensation line became clogged, backed up, and began overflowing into our utility closet late in the afternoon. Albert was the only person that we called who answered the phone. He came out the same day and had our system up and running with no issues in minutes and was very reasonably priced. ***This review is for the Imaging Center only*** I recently came here to get my yearly mammogram done at their PVHMC Imaging Center in Claremont. This is usually my go-to location. Staff is always pleasant, nice, and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 15 mins after my scheduled appointment, but this time around, I waited almost 45 mins. I saw a lot of women go in before I did. I finally walked up to the counter and ask the lady why the long wait. Funny, she said my appointment was at 4:15 PM. In other words, I was an hour early LOL. Obviously, I didn't check the text notification clearly. Do double check your scheduled appointment date/time prior to heading over to the facility! Lesson learned... Anyway, I finally was called into the room. It took no more than 15 mins for the process to complete. The lady who performed the mammogram was very professional. It can get uncomfortable especially when our b**bies are hanging out LOL. I don't think too much about it. Yeah, I will be back here every year to get my b**bies checked! Thank you PVHMC staff for your professionalism and exceptional service!

I want to leave a good review to Hailey. I had to cut my hair due to tragic circumstances involving another hair stylist(I wrote a review about this sad incident). Hailey was absolutely the best, she was actively involved and she did not run with my idea of cutting my hair super short, she advice me to cut my hair to clavicle area which I am so grateful for her advice, stylist supposed to tell you what will be best for you but trust me sometimes they don’t! I love love love my hair cut it is the perfect length! And the perfect straight cut. Thank you Hailey you really made a difference on how I was feeling with my damage hair

Not only do I love kai for the amazing haircut she gave me but that she went above and beyond. First of all it was my fault that I booked to the wrong salon but kai came to my rescue. After her last client she decided to take me in and she did the upmost for me wash, cut, blow dry, style, etc. I have been to many salons that just couldn't make me feel beautiful, but kai did it. It was meant to be. I will be returning to kai at kut haus. Love love love the work. I had to make sure to go out that night to show off my new cut. I feel so beautiful. Thank you again kai. Firstly, very few salons are open on Mondays, even fewer accept walk-ins, and only Narmin gave an effort to fit me in right away.
I personally have let very few people touch my hair and am always nervous about trying to find a new stylist, but Narmin was amazing and absolutely understood what I needed done.
The products used are quality and they clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, tranquil environment. It was very easy to relax.
I will definitely be going back and bringing my family along

Absolutely love coming here for my dip manicures! Wang makes you feel so welcome every time you come, greeting you by name and getting you set up right away. Nancy is my go-to, but I am sure all of the nail technicians are wonderful! They don’t have traditional nail salon chairs, but their oversized fabric chairs are so comfortable. Hygiene is super important to me, and I’ve been reassured they do not use a communal pot for dip manicures- you always get your own smaller pot and the excess is discarded. He also checks in on your experience as he rings you up to make sure everything went well.
I have also noticed the employees do not regularly talk to one another in another language. This really makes a huge difference for the customer and I appreciate it so much. Laquered Up has become my regular nail stop, and I always look forward to going! Thank you for creating the best experience, Wang!

Found my new spot to come whenever I come into town! I came in for a regular gel manicure (nothing fancy) and was able to choose from a wide selection of colors. My nail tech was friendly and checked in with me every step of the way (which doesn't happen everywhere you go!). She asked if I liked my nail shape and length and then tried the color on me and asked how I liked it before applying to all nails and there was no rush. Little things like that go a long way with me. I found the pricing to be consistent with other salons and had a nice ambiance with easy parking. Definitely will be back!
My tech is tookher time which I like. Some places try to hurry to get the next person so I was really happy how my ombré turned out. What I didn’t like was leaving with a couple of cuts on my fingers. I didn’t feel she was too rough but I got cuts anyways.
I just had the best experience at this spa. I had the 90 minute water circulation fumigation head therapy with the facial and it did not disappoint. We started off by analyzing my scalp which was interesting enough already and then was taken to my room for the treatment. Facial was amazing but I have never felt more relaxed than with the water head therapy. I am forever hooked! Super friendly staff, clean location and my hair feels extremely soft. Will most definitely be coming back.

I've been looking for a facialist like Melissa for a very long time. I used to have the best skin in the world. Then, I went through a series of awful facialists who overcharged only to damage my skin. At best, my skin looked dull after the facials. Then I came across Salon 6sixtyfive. After a couple of sessions with Melissa, my skin has become supple again. The damages left on my face by previous facialists are starting to fade since I started coming to Salon 6sixtyfive. Melissa is very professional and doesn't try to foist unnecessary treatments on you just to eek more money out of you. She customizes each facial to what your skin actually needs. She's gentle, sanitary, and thorough. And she's very reasonably priced. I highly recommend her.
Every time I come here to get my eyebrows done I always leave happy. Sam does such an amazing job and is always so sweet. I naturally don't have even eyebrows but she always fixes them to match. Definitely recommend!

I was very happily getting my hair done for about 2 years at a different salon but my stylist retired so I asked around and several neighbors suggested Monique at Hair Connection. She impressed me on day one and, as it turns out, she actually trained under that previous stylist at the other salon. Such luck! I have extremely dry, thick, wavy hair so I go to Monique for keratin straightening, color (hi, lo lights, ombre, balayage) and to get my hair thinned out. My color is extremely difficult because I'm trying to achieve a gray blend, but I also swim in a chlorinated pool almost every day. Somehow Monique manages to work magic and keep my color fresh. Family and friends tell me I've never looked better. The cherry on top is how reasonable her prices are, especially for this area. I send my best friend and my son to Monique now and they also have never had better cuts. My son is a curly q, which is not easy to cut, but Monique makes for a very happy teenager and that's teally saying something!

Morgan is the best! A few weeks ago, my son accidentally elbowed me in the eye. I had a giant black eye and a work convention that week and was going to see thousands of people. Morgan squeezed me in two days in a row for some BBL laser treatment. She was able to zap under my eye to lessen the bruising and coloring so I was able to cover it with some makeup and you couldn't tell that I had a massive black eye. Thank you Morgan and Erin for saving the day! You girls are the best!

I was so happy to come here to get my lashes done by @Love. My daily look needed some TLC so I decided to give lashe extension a shot. I was happy to find a local business and close to home! My appt was scheduled smoothly with Love my technician via her website and I was sent a reminder the day before. The process was simple...I told her my needs and the everyday look I needed. She then started the process of applying the lashes, and I got to relax and sleep. Her room is very cute and the entire salon gives you that small town Claremont feel. I love Lumen Spa. I tried a lot of spas in the area, and this one is the best. On appearances, it might not have the bells and whistles that other spas have, but it has what is most important: it has great customer service, quality technicians, and the best prices. Appointments are easy to schedule on their website and the staff is always on time for those appointments. So far I have gotten kneaded therapy with Cass - and she is just fansastic. Cass is very talented, attentive and thoughtful. She always asks about and listens to my needs. It has gone so well with Cass, that I am now branching-out and getting facials from Rachel - will update the review once I have seen her a few times (I am very hopeful based on Cass). Her business is a beautiful, private, well appointed haven! Nini is the most skilled esthetician I've ever seen. She is extremely knowledgable and a real expert in her field on skincare. Nini takes her time to understand her client's skin, and creates an custom facial based on what your skin needs currently and over time. Nini truly cares about her work and her clients. In March 2023, my dog Chico was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (cancer). The traditional veterinarian wanted to do an invasive spinal cord procedure as well as chemotherapy. Not only had I already spent $13,000, but it would’ve cost me a lot. I decided to try natural remedies first and that’s when I found Dr Tudor. He gave me 6 different tinctures- which I thought was a lot. Turns out, a few drops of each was all it took for the cancer to be in remission a year later! My dog is cancer free and thriving. He’s in no pain and was back to his same self after a few weeks. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr Tudor. I have the upmost respect and recommendation of him.

Dr. Oliver is a dedicated, caring and knowledgeable vet, who is always happy to spend time with pet parents explaining various health conditions and treatment options. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. We feel confident our pets are in excellent care.
I noticed my rabbit had something red appearing on his left hock so I needed to get that checked out and also get him vaccinated. Luckily, I found Chaparral's business card at a rabbit rescue I frequent and was very pleased with the attention he recieved.
I was told it doesn't appear to be sore hocks, it was just a callus, thank goodness!
Any questions you may have will also be answered during the examination and I thought the prices were fair for the services done (exam + vaccine).

The body center has been a great experience so far I went in and I'm still going in for my IT band and wrist pain. From the receptionist to the main therapist Deanna they are all great, work with my schedule, and I have been progressing every week since my pain is 90% gone. The facility is nice, they have a lot of equipment, unlimited exercises and stretches and will give you some extracurricular activities as well on the reformer. Highly recommended
I started taking classes at Claremont Yoga in February of this year. Everyone has been kind and supportive. I usually take Jenna and Gwen's classes, which I love. Monica is also great. It's a welcoming environment and feels safe.
I love this studio the instructors are sweet and encouraging. The classes are challenging and worth the workout. Only thing is I might have to change studios as they dont offer enough early evening classes. It would be great if they offered more evening classes for Vianna and Neil.

Great staff! Tell them where your pain is if you have a specific knot or strain you need focused on for the massage. The waxing services are also worth it but make sure to make an appointment.
