We made a couple's massage appointment for Sunday morning right when they opened. There was a bit of a wait as the front desk was empty (they were all in the back prepping beds and stuff), but once they noticed us they immediately took us to a room with a door with 2 beds. Initially they were going to split us, but I told them we're here for a couple's massage. So just make sure to let them know ahead of time that you want to be in the same room. We paid for an hour massage and we got the full hour, so that's nice. They also had hot stones, which was included in the $50/hour rate. My masseuse did have to leave once during the massage to deal with a question from a coworker. She wasn't gone long though. They gave us a cup of cold water each afterwards. My husband enjoyed it, so I'd say they do a good job. This place is next to the freeway, so you may hear some low noise seep through, but for the most part it's quiet enough. Our two masseuse didn't talk with each other, which we really appreciated. Oh, and yes, they do request payment upfront.

I came in and was asked to pay upfront. This never happens anywhere else. I didn't feel good about that but did it anyway. In the first 15 minutes of the massage, the lady left 3 times to help walk in customers, and left another 2 times to answer the phone. I could hear the conversations of all 5 interruptions. The constant intereuption left my back exposed and cold and so my lower back started to hurt. I asked for anothwr pillow for my feet for support hoping it will help my lower back also, but the pilloes were a little flat. So, with all that happening, I decided I couldn't take it anymore. So, I put on my clothes and asked for a refund. The lady left again to phone her boss and asked me if I can stay so her boss could talk to me and redund me. I was afraid they weren't going to refund me but manager was nice, not pushy at all, and did refund me. Before refunding me, she did ask me how much I wanted refunded, and I said all of it. She also asked if she could do the massage instead and I said no, I wanted a full refund. I would left some money because the lady who massaged me used the ideal pressurer to release stress without causing pain. However, my lowerback was hurting and I didn't think that was fair to me. I'm at home now and 6 hours have passed and my lower back still hurts. Keep in mind, I didn't have any lower back pain to start with and I left there with one. So no I was not going to leave any money. I will have to use that money for my chiropracter now who will have to fix my lower back pain. Honestly, if I could get the same lady to massage me again without interruption, I would absolutely do it, but I have a feeling it will not happen because she was the only one who spoke better English. So she will continue to be interrupted to help the front desk. I think that this is very unfortunate because she is very good. So, if you don't mind the constant interruption, then YES, I DO recommend this place, only because the massage technique she used is legit and does a very good job. Trust, I have been to Asian massages that are painful but not her. She gives the right pressure to release tension without hurting you. I don't know her name but she is the front desk lady and I recommend her.

Forewarning they request that you pay upfront before your actual massage. I'm going to be honest I didn't care for that hence the minus of the one star. That and the stones were way too hot and I had to keep telling her that they're too hot. Other than that this massage was amazing and so needed. I'm pretty sure the ladies were shocked at how much pressure I wanted because I am a tall strong girl and they are very small petite women. I love the fact that the lady stood on my back and was able to crack it for me which relieves pressure off. I left feeling nice and relaxed and soothing. I even fell asleep when I was laying on my stomach. I'm definitely going to come back. It was $50 for a full hour. I did not care for the fact that they gave me a look when I left a $10 tip. It's $50 I left you 10 as a tip that is enough. I guess I shouldn't be surprised how are you doing since this is the normal occurrence at massage places.
