Absolutely phenomenal service. Linda is a rockstar. Anyone who has the opportunity to encounter her service at this facility is truly blessed. It’s wonderful to find a business where the employees will go above and beyond to serve. And she always does.

I went in yesterday for an eye exam since my vision has deteriorated a lot in the last few years. I had been putting it off and struggling because I was honestly overwhelmed by having to deal with it. The office was so clean and the staff was wonderful, epecially Maria. She actually made the experience fun and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and explain my options. Not once did I feel pressured to spend beyond my budget, in fact they gave me options that didn't even require me getting glasses through them at this time. But I did decide to get glasses and there was an amazing 2 for $69 deal happening and Maria helped me try on like 30 pairs if glasses to find the ones I loved. And took her time explaining little things that i never knew about choosing glasses and how to avoid things that make wearing glasses a pain. I am forever grateful for them and so glad I chose to go here instead of one of the other choices. They have really excellent choices from their sensible, no frills options to pretty fancy frames. All while being very reasonable to your pocket. Thanx so much. :)

Since I am a Kaiser member, I always get my glasses through them. However, they do not carry the sunglasses that clip over prescription lenses, which I need. JC Penney Optical carries a nice variety of clip-ons to fit many frames currently in style at very competitive prices.
