Excellent staff and Dr. Got us in on a urgent appointment. They were very helpful. Even assisted me with getting my husband's wheelchair out of the car and back in. Very thorough Dr !!

I've been here before and it worked out. I came here, 7 years later, and it worked out. I had a positive experience both times regarding the eye exam, the selection, purchase, and picking up of the glasses. For the eye exam, they do attempt to up-sell you for a service during the initial portion of the eye exam. Call ahead of time and try to understand if you truly need this service, as they will not initially advise if you need it or not - they drop it on you to create a sense of urgency to make the sale of the additional, non-covered-by-insurance service. Everything about my experience at Eye Designs was extremely pleasant. The staff and the doctor were absolutely impressive. The selection of eye wear was endless. I would absolutely recommend them and making them my permanent go to!
