We recently hired BPI to re-pipe our entire 16 unit condo complex with new hot/cold water pipes. This was quite an undertaking as we had individuals currently living in each unit. The project started with several onsite walk-thru's with Frankie. He explained in detail what this major project would entail. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made several trips to the job site over the 10 weeks this project took to complete. David was the lead supervisor on this project and his crew consisted of Johnny, Rogerio, Fernando and Jose. To say that this crew was top notch would be putting it mildly. Very good service. The initial response team were good and service tech Erik performed very well. Fairly priced quote, arrived on time, briefed and updated customer on plan and progress, quality work, and cleaned up.

Today Julio was dispatched to fix a leak underneath my house. I was very pleased with his demeanor---very respectful, professional, and efficient in getting the work done. He correctly evaluated the problem and fixed it so that I no longer have a leak!Thank you, BPI!
