“We have been using Western Exterminator, Chino office, for the past 50 years with no problems. Our monthly pest control specialist, Alan Banales, has always been great. This year we have had an issue with rats in our attic. At first we had a lot of problems with communication, follow-up, and not having phone calls returned. This was not Alan's fault, since all he could do was relate our problem to another team. We were very dissatisfied. It was as if they didn't care. However, once Gary Moran, Operations Manager, heard about our problems with Western, things took a change for the better. He assigned Ruben Contreras to be the lead to get rid of our rat problem. Ruben is very considerate, conscientious, friendly, and professional. The 5 star rating I am giving is because of all the care Ruben has given us once he took over.
