“I contacted Rat Pact Exterminators due to bird mites that were infested at my tenant's property. I initially spoke to Anthony who responded very quickly and confirmed that Derek will be coming out. Derek helped spray the home the first time, however due the massive infestation they did not go away easily. I called back Derek to inform him of the situation, he was very prompt and told me that it make a require a deeper treatment. He came out again and did two treatments at two different dates. The bird mites where then fully exterminated. I highly recommend them as they are professional, responsive, and great to work with!“
