“My service tech Jason Arola was incredibly professional and upfront about what charges and costs. He's patient and goes above and beyond on how to file a warranty claim. I needed new pop-up drains installed as well as a new cartridge for my shower handle. What's great about Jason is that he works clean. You would never know a plumber was in my house except for things working properly now.<br><br>Cost wise might be a bit pricey for some but having everything working in the house as it should without the added time and effort to do any clean-up afterward is well worth the price personally. If you do choose to go with Plumbing Method, I highly recommend you request Jason as the tech that responds to your service call. He even wears booties before entering your home.“

“An excellent experience with Redhead Rooter. I found them here on Yelp and called because of their excellent reviews. The phone was answered by the owner of the company, Shane, who was both personable and actually listened. Giovanni arrived on time about an hour later , and was professional, easy to talk to ,and explained everything before he did it and why. He used a camera and hydrojet to diagnose and clear my drain. I sure wish there were more companies as awesome as Redhead Rooter. I am happy to give Giovanni and Redhead Rooter 5 stars ! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs .“

“I had a crazy flood in one of my apartment units at 10:30 am. I called about 10 plumbers, none of them responded except Jimmy Patino. He immediately gave us the time frame in which he would arrive, and sure enough, he promptly came to my apartment. He was highly efficient with his diagnosis and knew exactly what the issue was. Within minutes, he stopped the leakage, identified the issue and kindly explained what was going on. I have never been more pleased with a plumbing service and I am in Jimmy Parino’s debt. 1000000% recommend their service.“

Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly!
