Northern Valley Appliance is great. They have helped me out with my washer and dryer. Jason is phenomenal. He walked us through what was the issue with our appliance and fixed it in the same day. Highly recommend them!

The owner,Jason, arrived with a smile! On time and very friendly plus so efficient. He knew right away what the issue was with my old Whirlpool washer which has never had any problems since purchasing in 1990! In and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely referring this business to my friends and family and if I need him again his friendly wife will be on the phone to get me my appointment.

I can't praise this business enough. Got an appointment for the next morning, Jason arrived on time and was very polite and efficient. He advised me as soon as he determined he could fix the clothes dryer right then and kept the area very clean while he worked, replaced the part then vacuumed the inside works of the entire dryer which had accumulated a lot of lint and various debris over time, and actually left the laundry room cleaner than when he arrived. Fixing my dishwasher will be next! Very professional with excellent customer service.
