“Most unprofessional employees we have encountered. Doug was our contact to make arrangements & payment. Following up was a nightmare dealing with toxic Jessica who refused to provide answers via phone or in person . Our headstone was delivered over 2 months ago and still has not been set at our family members grave site. Today was another unprofessional encounter. This speaks to management, customers or clients should be treated with respect and empathy during their most difficult times. Unfortunately, these smug & unprofessional women are allowed to stonewall the public who have paid for expensive services. In a normal workplace, these two would be terminated on the spot.

Thankfully, the owner Mark, flew in and addressed the headstone issue. Our family member’s headstone is currently being installed. We are very pleased with Mark’s quick response and hopefully has been able to address the customer service issues that also required his attention.“

“It’s Sunday Mother’s Day 2025. Someone stole a vase from my brother’s gravestone and I spoke to Doug about it. Doug was handing out Carnations, cookies, and water for Mother’s Day which I super appreciated! He said someone stole about 300 vases, but the photo evidence was not clear enough for the cops to take further action. Instead, the company kindly helped buy more vases to replace the lost ones. The staff accumulated a list of the missing vases, but my brother was not yet on the list. Doug kindly added him and let me grab one for my older brother. Thank you, Doug! You are amazing and you made my day!! Happy Mother’s Day to all!!“
