“We have been using Amy’s housekeeping for years for monthly cleaning our house. They always do an amazing job! They are reliable, efficient, and professional. Additionally they always go the extra mile and do more than we ask them to do. Amy responds to our requests quickly via text even in the evenings. She always tries to figure out solutions when we are in a pinch and need a cleaning on short notice. An example is that we needed a place in Ventura deep cleaned within a day and she gathered a team to go all the way out there (from Chatsworth) and save the day! What a lifesaver. “Very nice cleaning ladies. Most are great. In my experience there was one or two who did a poor job. Pure cleaners wanted to bring them back asap to fix the situation, but I was angry and cleaned it myself. Other than that, they did a good job overall, but the ladies are never the same from week to week, so I’d have to reexplain what I wanted done. Most don’t speak English well, so it was a struggle sometimes.“
