“Gary put in transition lenses for me into a new pair of frames I bought. After a few days of indecisiveness, I ended up buying the same frames but a tad bit smaller.(46mm v 44mm) Without wanting to waste these lenses, who do I call? That's right, Gary. Ghostbusters have nothing on this man! He was able to cut down the lenses and transfer them into the other frame within a couple hours. Mind you, I'm a new customer and he's been treating me like a family member. Even answered the phone on a day he was closed. I'm happy to have found a gentleman like Gary for any of my optical needs.“

“I was in Dr. Michael Frisch office this morning at 7:30am 06/20/24 for comprehensive exam. Dr. Michael Frisch is very professional and is very thorough during the exam. He examined my eyes carefully and patiently. He has a good sense of humor. After my exam he showed me the results on the computer screen, spectacle lens, prior years history. They have a beautiful office with latest technology. Office staff, Andrew, Emily and Janice make you feel welcome. They are always very friendly and helpful especially when you have questions regarding your insurance, glasses, etc. Andrew helped me with the selection of glasses while Janice and Emily were attending to customers via phone or working in the computer. “Came to see Michael to have our 3 year old fitted for glasses and I cannot say enough positive things about him! He made us feel comfortable while choosing frames and made the experience fun for our toddler. He helped pull frames that would fit best and let her try on a bunch of pairs, had a great selection, and offered a 2 year warranty on the frames. “Discount Optical has had a face lift! When I was there for my eye exam I was happily surprised to find that they now have several O.D and a few M.Ds They took my insurance too! After my exam with brand new medical equipment in the redone office, I felt secure that my sight was now in good hands! Then I went over to the Optical Shop to pick out frames, the woman was really helpful, in finding me a frame that not only looked great on me, but fit my RX. To help hide the thick sides. My glasses came in about 8 days later and they fitted to face. I got a box with a cloth and instructions on how to care for them. I was so impressed I also bought a fun pair of RX sunglasses! This is a great place for inexpensive designer frames and lenses. I'm looking forwards to my next eye exam.“
