“Castleworks !!! Yes !! Thomas Bright ! Yes ! Five stars and Stellar tech. ( shout out to Scott too who did maintenance and fix leak for us too in the past so yes , Castleworks is stellar ). This morning woke up to no hot water ! Ugh !!! Had an emergency the weekend after New Years ! I was in panic mode because of having no hot water. We have a tankless water heater and first time error code 99! Called Castleworks and immediately got a GREAT, SMART TECH . Thomas Bright. Spent about 2-1/2 hours diagnosing and fixing ! “Had a serious underground leak outside my condo and called Heys Plumbing, based on the recommendation of my HOA. They sent Rodrigo who came a few hours after I called. He got right to work and had to dig a large hole in the dirt outside my unit to locate the source of the leak. After he confirmed the leak was the responsibility of my unit, I gave him the go ahead for the repair. Long story short, it took him all day to locate and repair the leak, down in a knee deep hole in the ground (see pic), but he was knowledgeable, persistent and worked tirelessly ...and cleaned up well after the repair was done. Despite his young age, he had the best work ethic and skill I had ever seen in any plumber or contractor I had ever hired, and I have hired quite a few. Myself and others here in the complex watched him work and we knew without a doubt who we will be calling for any future plumbing issues. Heys Plumbing (particularly Rodrigo) most highly recommend.“
