“I have gone to a number of chiropractors in the Long Beach area and was always disappointed with the results. Not the case with Dr. Matsumoto. My initial appointment was long and thorough, and my body was already much more open and relaxed with one adjustment. I continued to get a Full Treatment sessions where he incorporated various therapies like cupping, scraping, and the mulligan strap, and was given exercises to do at home that targeted my biggest problem areas. Within a few sessions, I was virtually pain-free, had greatly increased mobility in my hips and shoulders, and had way more energy than I’ve had over the past few years. I finally believe that I’m going to continue getting stronger and not have to suffer from so much pain anymore. Dr. Hardy (not sure on spelling) Quickly found the source of my pain and after a little stretching followed by an adjustment I walked out feeling so much better. “I was diagnosed with scoliosis in middle school and since have had lots of debilitating back pain. I went to numerous chiropractor's throughout the years and most of them would just see me quickly and adjust my back/ neck. I would temporarily feel better for a few days or maybe a week or two and then go back to being in pain. I ended up just dealing with the pain and thinking it was just something I had to live with... that is until i found Kim. Kimberly is one of the most thorough doctors/chiropractors that Ive ever been to. On our first appointment, she did an entire analysis of my back and other problem areas to see where my pain/ numbness was stemming from and what/ which of my daily activities might be causing or contributing to them. Instead of just doing a quick fix of adjusting me, she worked with me by rehabilitating and strengthening my weak/ problem areas. I was given a few exercises to do every day along with a routine of icing and practices for my posture/ how to sit correctly in the car or my office chair. I never write Yelp reviews but felt I needed to share my experience so everyone in South Bay can know what an amazing physical therapist/ chiropractor Kimberly is. I know it sounds cheesy- but she really has changed my life and I now can say Im not living in physical pain every day! I have since referred my husband, best friend and numerous colleagues and all of them can't thank me enough and wish they had found her sooner!“

After going to Premiere Chiropractic, I'm getting more flexibility and my muscles are responding to the massage, the adjustments and the stretches. “I forgot to say the doctors are actually competent that's something that I haven't been able to find in other chiropractic offices they don't explain nothing to you they leave you in the dark the only downside to the competence of the staff that's what it was they don't actually advertise for the pillows the back support pillow I would say not to be rude but it's garbage it doesn't work in my truck it not saying cuz when I go to the office I use it every time I sit in the chair so it does work just not in my truck but then the the white pillow the one for your bed that pillow should be advertised cuz that's part of what helped me sleep better and they don't advertise for the pillows they're just sitting there so get a pillow I don't know how much pillows cost but whatever it is I use mine every night it doesn't move at all and I'm very very happy about it I should really put a pillowcase on it though cuz it's starting to get dirty I only had it for about a week“
