Erin is Wonderful! I was recently in a car accident which resulted in moderate/severe whiplash. Erin was able to reduce a significant amount of pain, loosen up muscles in my back & neck, explained in detail exactly what areas she was working on, and most of all, provided the most relaxing, therapeutic session. The locally-sourced oils she used were amazing, her office was very clean and tranquil (you could easily take a nap here), and her voice was calm and gentle. Dr.Martinez and her staff have taken care of me SO well! The office is clean, modern and full of friendly ladies that have you feeling comfortable throughout your appointment. I’ve seen a few different dentist’s looking for “the one” and she is it. No pain during my visits and she’s very confident and educational in explaining procedures needed/moving forward etc. (I’ve had a broken tooth, fillings, cleanings all here… lots of catching up from lack of having a reg dentist) I don’t have insurance and she has been upfront about all costs and helped guide me through the financing options etc. to make it all possible. I had the best experience here- Phu and Yvonne are awesome! Phu gave me the best pedicure massage of all time, and Yvonne gave me great advice regarding chrome nail colors, and shape. They spoke to me about how to maintain the healthiest nails, helped me pick out a color, etc. They took their time, they know the name of their customers, and are funny too. Amboy was my contractor on a staircase build and the permitting process through the City of Carpinteria. He was excellent through the whole process and got the job done. He is straight to the point, where some contractors overpromise and underdeliver- Amboy makes sure to communicate through the whole job and overdelivers. The staircase came out excellent. he has the right contacts and was very quick to get the job done, once we had the permits. He is also responsive after the job is done and has helped me with various projects since the staircase remodel. 10/10 recommend Amboy!

They both followed up to check on our girl and the front desk was so great with getting records and forwarding to overnight hospital. They all follow up and genuinely show they care. I went it to get my hair trimmed and layered into a style that was easier for me to maintain, she not only worked with me on getting the style just right, she also told me which trimmer size would be best to help keep it up between visits.
She took my hair type into consideration and she was just all around enjoyable to chat with while she worked.

Murphy's is one of the best record stores in Southern California. The selection is great. I popped in for vinyl, but there's also a wide array of books, comics, cds, and movies. And the shop is clearly a work of love. It's like an immersive art installation dedicated to music and film. Yeah, I've found vinyl in shops for less, but I've also been disappointed in the quality of the record when I got them home. That's not the case here. I'm listening to flawless cuts on well-card for records. If you do stop in, set time aside to chat with the guy behind the counter. He's like a walking, talking encyclopedia of all things recorded (or Wikipedia for you younger cats). Thanks Murphy's. Love my records. Can't wait to pay you another visit.
