My experience at Carpinteria Nails was not the best at all. I asked for a mani and pedi. They made my big toe bleed and when I asked for a simple nail design for my nails they told me they could not do it which was fine so I asked for little flowers. (The ones every nail salon knows how to do) The nails came out horrible and super smeared. Not to mention they charged me 100 dollars for it! Definitely not worth your time.

I followed trang (owner) from her old salon and tried a few of the techs out. Lily is hands down the best!! She captures what I want every time. All of the techs are super nice and professional and the shop is very chic but cozy. My favorite nail spot and trust me I have tried many!! I Will continue to come here as long as they're open!!

Hi All- just wanted to chime in and say that I feel some of the negative reviews are not warranted imo. These reviews really impact small businesses and I think it’s important to take them seriously. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Fon and Ken! They are hard-working, lovely people who are good at what they do and charge a fair price. They had to close for almost 4 months due to Covid. I think you can imagine what that did to their family (3 kids). Please frequent their salon and use their services! We need to rally around our small business owners right now. Thanks
