Carmen Micsa is amazing!!! My wife and I are first time home buyers and she guided us throughout the whole way. She communicated very well and quickly. She maintained communication not to just us, but also to the sellers agent, and our loan officer. After spending just 1 day looking at houses, we found one that we loved, and she got our offer sent that same day and on a weekend, and we closed escrow in no time :) The whole process went so smooth and she answered all our questions. She is highly recommended if your looking to buy a house, and i will be sure to refer her to our family and friends.

Carmen is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She stands apart from other realtors because she is able to jump in and sell your house. She has an excellent photographer on staff and makes the house look great for post online marketing. She holds open houses and quickly networks with other realtors to make sure there are multiple prospective buyers. She handles all the negotiations. And as the seller, u don’t have to worry about getting the best offer. She is a slick negotiator and always shoots to get above asking price.
