Extremely poor company. Communication terrible, work horrendous. We have had a hole is our ceiling since end of October and they have yet to come and complete the job which my insurance has approved and is covered. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They deserve about 5 negative stars. Please if you at looking for a company to fix anything at your house, do not go with them. If your insurance company wants to contract with them, please voice your concerns and have the insurance company do research on this company prior to contracting with them.

Fite has a scam relationship with insurance companies and house restoration post fireThey show up day oneLooks goodTalks the gameThey suggest the absolute need to do more then is needed (few “experts” have reviewed pre and post)Then may work 2 of 5 workdays during a weekAnd finish the job 2-6 months lateThe workmanship is extremely poor.They may have 20+ jobs at one time; with total of 5-7 employees.Most the work is sub-contracted, with no oversight, with very inexpensive young labor.Use Fite at your own risk

I am still waiting a year later after the work was completed for them to come back and redo the paint work that they did. They used regular paint on previously oil based paint- not a good idea. The bathrooms have patches which they never painted.The flooring edges have began pulling up- the glue has began to give out. It’s not my job to chase them to come back to complete the poor work they did. Avoid.
