“I haven't been to YoFiT in what feels like a year due to my pregnancy, but now that I've been cleared to work out again, it's the first place on my mind! I worked out with Staci in private lessons, and she was amazing. She pushed me just enough to keep me motivated while still meeting me where I was, which I really appreciated. I've also tried some yoga classes and loved the variety offered. Once I regain my confidence and get back into the groove, I want to get into their group classes.“

“I have trained with Denise at Fit Monkeys for about a year. She is extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and cool. I had some body pain and she went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. She did research, modified our workouts, and gave me practical homework. I’m no longer in pain and when it flares up momentarily I use it as a reminder to do the moves Denise taught me. My goals were strength, stability, overall health. I believe I am in the best shape of my life because of my work with Denise. I have worked with several trainers and have never gotten this level of knowledgable support. I cannot recommend this studio enough!! If you’re looking to get out of pain, get in shape, move your body in a mindful way this is the place!!“

“My wife and I live locally and decided to take a day trip using the spa day pass, and I can’t speak highly enough about it. The staff are all extremely welcoming. We were met by Jo-Ann who was incredibly nice,and gave us the tour. My masseuse Sue is extremely talented at her job, and even gave me tips on how to keep my back in better shape. My wife loved her masseuse Elizabeth, afterward we spent the day at the pool which was beautiful and relaxing. I recommend the ceviche. We live locally, but this really felt like a little getaway and recharged us. We will be back soon.“
