“Honestly I can't say enough about Tom. He consulted with me, advised, educated and held my hand through a really tough case of Mites. One golden piece of advice he told me was if you have a mite problem you must get a pest company that specializes in Mites. It isn't something that the average pest company does. It takes extra classes to learn all about these mostly unseen pests. When you have these you desperately want them gone. You would need someone to know what they are doing. Tom was the best! The other guy at Plateau pests told me I needed to go to the doctor because he thought I might have a syndrome where my brain thinks I have mites crawling on me. He even gave me a sheet describing this disorder. Who does that! Tom was there to confirm my problem. He told me it didn't matter if he didn't see them. “I’ve known Paul Ryder of the tree barber for probably 40 years. I have worked with Paul and his crew more than once and have had several conversations with him on the phone about previous tree problems. Paul and his crew came two days ago and took down dead tree and a large wisteria tree that he said was a biggest one he’s ever seen. They arrived on time. Let me know when they were on their way from the last job. Let me know when they were out front and they all hit the ground running literally. Can’t say enough about the crew. Luke was the main spokesman and he was constantly, asking me how they were doing if they did exactly what I wanted before they left they walked around show me what they had done the pretty big heavy tree that came down broke a little corner off the edge of wood trim on my office, which was nothing but he did show me told me about it. He actually went and got it. They saved it and asked me what I wanted to do about it and I just said don’t worry about it. That’s nothing piece of glue and tape and butter being done. Yes, I would without hesitation. Recommend the tree barbers to anyone anywhere with confidence that they will never let you down the contract.“
