I am super happy that a friend recommended Gold Coast to me. I am about 12 sessions in and I have throughly enjoyed receiving care from them. I am about 18 months in on recovering from a severe disc herniation. I have seen about 10 different body workers and Lorraine has been one of the best so far. She listens and is great at what she does. I also love that their care is more than adjustments. Their approach includes practices that help to build the spine's strength overtime as the adjustments bring it into alignment. Lastly, the vibe of their office feels great. Highly recommend!
To put it simply, Cara changed our lives and helped with something we thought was impossible ? We were completely unprepared bringing home our newborn baby in July to meet our high energy 5 year old bulldog, kenobi. He didn’t adjust well to the baby, and we spent the first two weeks of her life with me upstairs and my husband downstairs with the dog. Every attempt at introducing him to our baby failed and got increasingly worse. We had no other choice than to seek a trainer.Cara immediately identified his food was a contributing issue to his temperament. Within 2 training sessions, we were able to live harmoniously with the baby and kenobi, while spending the rest of our training sessions working on basic obedience.She not only gave us the tools on correcting his behavior, she really explained WHY we use those tools so we could apply them correctly.Kenobi only left the house to go to the vet or to be boarded because he was uncontrollable on a leash. Cara not only taught us how to manage him with a prong collar and leash, the last training session was spent at a park to help our anxiety with having him out of the house. Overall the service is awesome! Customer service helped me targeted the possible root cause of the AC no heating issue and scheduled a very early appointment. Technician Andrew is very professional, he came in time and fixed the issue very quickly. He also shared lots of maintenance knowledge with us.

I live out of state currently and make it a point to schedule time with her when I am back in town.
I had Frozen shoulders. I could not lift my arms, elbows would not extend above rib cage, definitely could not reach up to access items on shelves shoulder, head or above head level.
After the first session, my range of motion improved significantly. After the second session, 1 I could reach above head level with my left arm and head level with my right arm.
I will soon be back to normal range. Each day I see improvements and it is due to her keen observation skills and talented, experienced methods that ensure a pathway to a normal life.
I am grateful to have met her.

I am not sure what I would have been relegated to with the way my shoulders were before seeing her.
She does not make it all about her - she expects the client to be engaged as well. I do have exercises and tasks to perform, to enhance the healing process and for longer term maintenance.

Mike and his team are excellent! I have hired them for multiple projects. One was a large room addition for our daughter before her birth. Mike kept to a tight timeline and finished the job in record time and most importantly....before the birth of the baby! I also had an under-slab water leak. In spite him being very busy, he was able to bring in two of his guys to get me back up with water running the day after i called him! The quality of his work and his trustworthy nature make Mike and his team the only contractor we love to work with! If you have any job, I would recommend starting with Mike for an honest assessment. Christian saw me before here regular shift the last two Friday's because I had an emergency TMJ jam issue my dentist wanted taken care of ASAP. Many thanks for accommodating me - will return in the future for regular TMJ massage to prevent any more emergency issues!

I’ve only been to San Diego Hair Extensions twice and I have to say they do phenomenal work. I ditched my old stylist because it would take her two days to do my hair. She was also unprofessional, taking personal phone calls, etc., while I was in her chair. I have to say the stylist here work like a well oiled machine. They gave me exactly what I wanted, and I will never go anywhere else from now on. Five stars from me!
