Medications are ridiculously overpriced--Some are more than doubled than what they should be. They are short-staffed. Our bills are extremely high. We were told to drop off our dog all day for a brief procedure. Our dog was traumatized. Not happy with treatment.

Saying goodbye to a dear friend can be an emotional experience. However, when it was time to say goodbye to my dog, Etta, the process was handled with compassion and care. Dr. Douglas, who performed the procedure, was empathetic not only towards my dog but also towards me. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Douglas, the supporting technicians, and Alex's kindness and support during this heartbreaking time.

These wonderful people saved my pupper TWICE in a row. She had a horrible allergic reaction to a bee sting she got and she was ice cold and barely breathing- a day later she was perfect and peppy!! They reassured us she would be fine and that they would take great care of her and they did. I trust these people more than my OWN doctor. If you're gonna go anywhere for a vet or clinic emergency, go here.
