I was referred to this vet hospital by Dr. Nicki, who treated my dog at the emergency vet also located in Santa Cruz when he got parvo. Having a sick pet is such an emotional and confusing time, but it was made a lot easier with how kind and understanding Dr. Nicki was. My puppy survived and three years later is still alive and well. My amazing experience has continued at this vet hospital. The staff is always kind and patient to my dog when we go in on his annual exams, and on days I have to schedule a last minute appointment I’ve seen Dr. Kable who has delivered the same kindness, impressive care, and professionalism I receive from Dr. Nicki. I'll always be grateful to this placeEdit: they are always so forgiving whenever I accidentally ring them instead of the general practice!Edit: very helpful. Even in the dead of night if I have a question.Edit: Dr. Stone should see any cat dealing with post cancer surgery. We would not trust anyone else. The visits are regular enough that we are confident that should she need treatment, it will be very soon, the highest quality care, and with the best in mind for our furry family member. Very sick 14yr old kitty, kidney failure, reluctantly opted to euthanize, staff was so caring and gentle thru process. Left kitty with them for cremation/disposal, found out yesterday they made a sizable donation to a local animal charity in my kitty's name, "Angel" is now helping others even after her passing, think she'd approve... ??❤
