Faust is my new favorite local salon and Phil is my hero!! He helped color correct and added gorgeous highlights after I decided to take my hair color into my own hands (oops!) He’s an incredibly talented stylist/colorist and I imagine all the stylists there are equally talented — As others have mentioned, the atmosphere is really positive, lovely and relaxing. What’s more, Scott and Phil are genuinely caring humans. I cannot recommend this business enough.
I have visited dozens of salons in my lifetime, (i even used to work in one!) and this is the most joyful salon i have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Phil, Scott, Billy, and Logan are not only talented professionals but such a breath of fresh air to be around. I always feel better when i leave, and not just because my hair looks amazing; but because it’s source of positivity. Like, “hair church” ?
Also, it’s worth noting that i was born VERY problematic hair and it’s not easy to manage especially because i need frequent color and extensions. Phil is the champion of my hair challenges!
I booked an appointment with Jennifer online and requested a curly haircut in the notes. at that point, a few inches had bleach and repeat dyeing damage and they just had to be chopped off. i went in and the salon was very calm. I told Jennifer i was looking for a wash and go sort of hairstyle that could grow out and i may not need a haircut for a while, as i was planning on moving for work. she washed my hair and i almost fell asleep i was so at peace (typical hair salon occurrences lol). the products smell amazing!! now it is 3 months later and my hair is very happy. it was my first real curly cut and she definitely set me up for it to grow out nicely :)
