Im convinced the water there was instrumental in helping my son through Cancer. I continued there for many years always assisted by Sam the water man. The most amazing and friendly service employee I've ever dealt with. In 2021 I retired and moved to Wa State. As usual I stopped in to see Sam last week while in town and was devastated with the news of his passing. What a guy he was. Always so positive, energetic, and helpful. I will certainly miss him as well as the incredible water at P.W.S. R.I.P. Sammy my old friend.“

I have a little plumbing knowledge and I tend to be a perfectionist.First thing he always wore shoe covers in the house without me asking him to do so.I have hired other plumbing companies in the past to come to do something and they send a young man who is learning and making mistakes at my home. The young man is working under the license of the owner. I learned not to hire someone like that. Joe is the owner and he comes out to do the work. He installed kitchen faucet, air gap, replaced 2 angle stops, soap dispenser, P-trap and garbage disposal.I asked him to do some caulking inside the shower area like the spout, grab bar...He did the best job caulking that I ever saw!He knows what he is doing and does it very well. He has a nice personality, professional, honest, reliable and fair pricing. When he was done he cleans up the area.I would hire him again and highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.“

Albert came out and took lots of time tracing my bizarrely laid out plumbing and explaining everything. He was able to provide multiple bids and options based on my budget and priorities. He came back to check on things and his team at the office was great too. Cynthia especially who was my main contact. I asked multiple questions which she facilitated getting answered. We were able to schedule promptly and they showed up when they said they would and did what they said. Those fellas worked HARD and long to get the job done in a couple days.
