Charlie Meece did a great job on our water heater. He was responsive to our urgency, and explained what was happening. He was clean and neat himself. Replacement took less time than he estimated and price was as expected. He is our go to plumber going forward!!Highly recommend Brass Built and Charlie Meece!

Charlie came out and helped me quickly fix a plumbing issue at a very reasonable rate. When I spoke to Charlie on the phone about the problem, he provided me with a couple of plans on what he was going to attempt to do to fix my problem (a good case scenario as well as a worst case scenario). What was interesting is that Charlie's worst case scenario was the best case scenario for a lot of the other bids for the job. Needless to say, I trusted Charlie before I had even had a chance to meet the guy - and what's even better is that he delivered high quality work and did not disappoint. Charlie will be my first call for any issues from here on out.

After one job performed for us, we are hooked! Charles is an honest professional and this was clear right away when we met him. I helped my elderly mother in law find a new plumber. She has needed one for quite some time, so I interviewed three plumbers on site, and he really stood out as a direct communicator, gave a very reasonable price for the job quoted, and just came across so well. I won't mention by name one company that came out to make a quote, but the choice was obvious to us right away!
