“Ritz Flooring Plus just finished the remodel of my kitchen in Aliso Viejo to include shaker cabinets with soft close, spice pull out and custom features along with a corian counter top and appliance install. A complete gut of the original kitchen which was long overdue. It looks amazing and is super functional. I’ve worked with NINE49 Designs and Andres for over 10 years on numerous construction projects across my two businesses and private residence. Whether it’s been large-scale renovations or small improvements, I’ve always been completely fulfilled with the results from start to finish. It seems like I’ve done a construction project every year, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

“10+ years ago Laguna Turf installed my neighbors turf. It's held up and still looks great. They've been responsive and addressed any issues that arose, even though they were minor. So when I decided to cut the hose I called them, got a sample and a quote. It was almost a year later that I finally decided to put it in. They didn't haggle about an expired quote, just scheduled and installed it. It was a tedious installation as we have stepping stones that needed to be surrounded. Still, no attitude just finished the job impeccably. I'm so glad we hired them.“

“We talked to a few pool contractors before starting our backyard project, and chose to work with California Pools for two main reasons - 1. we really liked the in-office design and consultation, as well as meeting some of the team face to face, and 2. they said that, unless we choose to change something, the quote is the quote - no surprises.

We had a very complicated backyard demo and there were some hidden surprises in our yard that came up during the demo. Ryan V. and California Pools were 100% true to their word and didn't come back and ask for more money, unless we did something out of the original project scope. Also, despite an extremely wet winter and long demo, they finished our full backyard quickly. They called for inspections as soon as a stage was complete, and coordinated the various teams extremely efficiently.

Most importantly for us, their communication was amazing. We had asked to be "extra informed" about the process, and they were great with that. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. We had a phone call early on with Ryan V. where he was very thoughtful, understanding, and professional. We also have to give an extra shout out to Ryan S., our project manager. Every time I called or texted with an urgent question, he immediately responded. He is extremely knowledgable and professional, and also very friendly and patient.

We put in a new pool, spa, firepit and turf with California Pools, and our backyard came out even better than we could have imagined. We are so thankful to California Pools, and have loved having our new yard for the summer. If we were to do another backyard project, we would 100% work with California Pools again.“
