Had an issue with the wiring of my Nest thermostat causing the AC to come on when heat was selected. Called V Cool and Vazrik gave me an appointment the same day and kept in touch letting me know when he would arrive. The job was completed with no issues after the problem was discovered. Rick was easy to talk to, informative, and skilled. Our airconditioner kept going in and out after trying to fix it ourselves, we finally hired a professional. He listened to us and worked hours with us to trouble shoot the problems. After about 5 hours, everything was up and running again and has been working great!! I highly recommend!
