He asked all the right questions and we set up an appointment to begin. Their inspector came out in a couple of days and did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done to the Chimney. Eco Grizzly pricing seemed reasonable to me so I scheduled an appointment for the technicians to come out in two weeks. They were able to come out earlier than expected and I was happy about that. They did a terrific job of installing the damper top and reconditioning the insulation of the fire box in about three hours. I will schedule a yearly cleaning with this company because I trust their work.“
