The decorations are also very well thought out and mood provoking, especially the ones with the moon in the dark snowy forest. Dancing is also pretty good quality. “I have been taking private Pilates lessons from Maya for a little over a year now and have been more than happy with how it's gone. Maya is extremely professional, organized, and prompt. Her studio is always very clean and she is 100% focused on you during the entire time. To my surprise we have never repeated the same routine in a session which is almost impossible to do:) You can tell she puts a lot of thought and creativity into each session and tailors the sequence of exercises to your needs. I met Maya as I was recovering from a shoulder injury and she was very attentive to any issues or discomfort I had and carefully worked to modify the movements so I was able to gain strength and flexibility within my limitations. I must say that the doing the Pilates with Maya helped build my confidence and ability with regards to my injury. Maya always had a clear plan for our sessions but was always open to my individual requests or suggestions and you could tell her top priority was to check in with how my body was feeling that day. “Been going to x2o (Los Gatos) for over 3 years now, and it is one of the best pilates studios I have ever been to. With high ceilings, space, amazing & passionate instructors, and great music - this studio is fantastic! The instructors are all very passionate about pilates / lagree, and they will make sure you have a solid workout that leaves you sore for a day (or two). Parking is super easy, there is a whole parking lot in front of the studio. There is also weight lifting studio next to it, so you can check that out as well. Ellen, the owner, has done a fantastic job, and she has really built a strong community with x2o. Every time I'm in South Bay, I make sure to visit! Have gotten a couple of friends hooked onto x2o as well - we all love it!“

“Although this clinic is primarily acupuncture, I was interested in the InBody assessment and Dr. Inyoung had the most advance version + grip test. I only expected taking the test and print my results, but she explained my results thoroughly and recommended me a plan with my diet, workout, and lifestyle to help me reach my fitness goals.
I was booked same day, which I was very appreciative of especially when she was technically still on vacation. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her field of work and also very caring and sweet, which gave me optimism and motivation. Highly recommend!“

“I really enjoy working out at this Club Pilates studio. I belong to another local studio, but often drive out of my to this location to take classes. Claire at the front desk could not be more friendly and helpful...and I was quite impressed that she remembered my name after only one visit! I've been practicing Pilates for over seven years and usually attend classes 4-5 times a week. So, I guess you could say I'm a little hardcore. In particular, I like Angel's classes... I will often go to his level 1 class because he not only pushes level 1 students but also challenges me with more advanced modifications. I feel that I get a great workout every time I go!“
