James Pitchford of Killroy has been an outstanding help in addressing rodent issues in our attic and yard. Living on Stanford campus, we are surrounded by many trees and open spaces. We have hired several companies before to deal with the challenges of rodent infestation. James and Killroy are so far the best we had.

James came to our house to spray for crickets. He arrived early, took me through what he was going to do, removed spider webs, sprayed the area, showed me what he found and provided a detailed invoice. We liked his work and signed up for continuing service.
