We called Signature Home because we suspected roof rats in our tiny 20x20 attic. Yup! We paid them to remove and replace all the insulation and 'seal' the attic from further infestation. THREE months later and we STILL are having weekly checks and removal of dead rats. No end in sight.

These guys came to our house and did such a great job on patching all the holes at our house and attic for rodents. Our community has been plagued by rodent for a long time and I often heard rodents running inside my attic. After they patched the holes and laid the traps and the noises are gone. There is no more rodents in the house! They are also very responsive and responsible for our call. We used to call terminix but they ended up sending signature home here anyway. Why need the middleman when you can call these guys directly instead?

I had a really good experience using Signature Home. My house needed rodent exclusion + insulation replacement + trapping and trap replacement. Signature did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. They also offer a better warranty for fixing the exclusion issues and trap cleaning than most of their competitors. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
