He's great with the kids, engages them with conversation, talks to them & respects them like a full human being and not "just a kid".He explains eye health very thoroughly and is happy to answer any questions I've had.Now for Linda - she was super patient and nice when helping my child (and me) with glasses. She was very professional but also genuinely nice. Couldn't recommend her more :)Minus one star because the front desk is hit or miss. There has only been 1 person there who is consistently professional & nice. Other times, I've experienced and observed women there prioritize social talk or their phone over work.“
“Been waiting awhile to actually get my eyeglasses. Came to the store to "just look", but I found 2 pairs that I really liked. Emily was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I forgot to bring my paper prescription, but I was able to pull up my prescription from my app on my cell. Emily took a picture of my prescription and did some measurements with my eyes. It was so easy to choose the glasses I want. Place an order and pay asap.“

She doesn't try to upsell or overcharge you for every little thing like other optometry offices. It may be harder to reach her now during the pandemic, but if you send her a few reminder emails, she will always get back to you sooner or later.Dr. Westerbeck is a great new asset to the team there. She is so knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the latest research. So many optometrists just try to stick children in eyeglasses right away without offering alternative solutions. Dr. Westerbeck brought up atropine eyedrops, and we are forever grateful to her for altering the course of myopia that has a lifelong consequence in children. “This is the best place for an eye exam and for purchasing glasses. Dr. Gracie is wonderful. She took the time to explain in detail what each part of the exam was for. No other doctor I've been to has done that. Suzanne was great about helping me choose frames and lenses. This is really her area of expertise. She knew exactly what frames would look good on me. And finally the price for my exam and purchasing 2 pairs of glasses was less than when I went to a private practice and purchased one pair. And Target was not even in my insurance network. I will definitely be a repeat customer.“

He takes the time to perform optometry and examinations for each patient, and my family is very satisfied. I am always satisfied with the care I receive for my patients.In particular, my two children have developed nearsightedness that has progressed rapidly since they were small, and I was very worried about what would happen if their eyesight continued to deteriorate at this rate. At that time, Ortho-K was recommended to me. At first, I was skeptical about a treatment I had never heard of called "night contact," but I believed in the relationship of trust I had built with Dr. Abe, so we both started Ortho-K. I was worried about having to wear and care for my child, who was still in elementary school, every night, but they got used to it more quickly than their parents expected, and their lives expanded without glasses. I felt a little intimidated showing up at an optometrist's office asking for help with fixing my prescription sunglasses where a screw came out (will be on vacation for a few days so didn't have time to order a new pair, etc.). This wasn't where I received my sunglasses initially, but I knew about this place since my husband is a patient and is nearby to us. When I entered, Scott immediately asked what brought me in and was super friendly to the point I didn't feel as silly asking for assistance. No questions asked or any judgment. He received my consent and understanding that there's always a risk with fixing. He was very attentive, quick, and careful -- and -- offered to tighten the glasses I was wearing! Scott is truly a gem on their team.“

“My family has been going to Cupertino Optometry for nearly 11 yrs. We continued to go there after Dr. Yang bought the practice. Dr. Yang is very knowledgeable, thorough and practical in her care. She gave me very practical advice on a regimen for managing my dry eyes and fatigue from staring at screens all day. She helped me transition to my progressive glasses, which works so well that I don't miss my contacts. I was in love with a pair of frames which broke when it was sent for updating the prescription but my frame was no longer available to be replaced. So, they made sure I received a temporary frame and ordered another pair, both with the updated prescription. Two frames and one of pair of lens was on the house. The staff is wonderful and helpful. They always remember every family member's names. The service is excellent and personal.“

“I had an eye exam today at Landess optometry with Dr. Ellis Vu, she is very thorough and extremely professional. This place is very clean and has many good choice for frames. Front desk staff can be a little more better. I thought they could be little more cheerful and should at least make eye contact with patient. I highly recommend this place for your eye exam and prescription glasses in my opinion they deserve more than five star rating. Thank you doctor Vu for an excellent service.
