“Malibu Canyon Urgent Care and Dr P are simply the best!!! The office is super clean. You don't have huge, long lines to wait in. Dr P has the best bedside manner including Mary, his nurse. I have been treated for several issues here from infections to a staff infection (MRSA) to some pretty crappy Covid. Each time I come I'm treated with respect. They really get to know their patients. You're not just a body on a conveyer belt like at other urgent cares where they rush you in and out. This is completely different. It's the best/excellent service with that small town feeling. They really care, they take their time and actually listen to you and do everything they can to make you feel better. They get to know their patients. I often walk by to pick up food next door and stop by to say hi, it's that awesome. This place is a true hidden gem and we're so lucky to have this urgent care here. Thank you!!!“

“Very helpful staff, professional, times can be a little slow but compared to other urgent care they are extremely quick. Great non-insurance/ out-of-pocket prices too compared to other urgent care places. Nancy was extremely helpful too and helped me in avoiding missing my 72 hour TB test limit. Nancy, I wanted to buy you a Starbucks gift card but with what's going on in politics, wasn't sure. You got my email if you'd like a gift card or lunch!“

“I purchased two Covid Tests from the local pharmacies. Soooo complicated, it was absurd. One of them, as I opened one of the dozen "packets", lttle white crystals flew all over my bathroom!
Ultimately, I made an appointment ONLINE, EVEN GOT AN APPOINTMENT NUMBER AT A LOCAL RITE AID. After driving there, the pharmacy girl yelled at me, "WE DON'T DO COVID TESTS HERE!"

I found this Urgent Care Center online and drove there. It was like a dream. The girl at the front desk was warm and friendly, blended with professionalism. The doctor that tested appeared to be so knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help me. My test was negative, but my visit at this office WAS POSITIVE.“

They were super polite super engaging answered any questions that I had the front desk receptionist was so polite and Dr. Adina was super helpful and giving knowledge to combat my sickness and help me get better, thank you guys for your great help.“

“This place is and was a godsend for me!! I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her! Again From the bottom of my heart Thank You Dr Hamid and staff for saving my life and being there in my darkest times!! Sincerely Forever Grateful!!“
