“Several years ago, I had used another tree service company to remove some trees in the back yard and grind the stumps down below the surface. A few months afterwards, I used Thomas Allen tree service to remove a tree in the front yard. At the time, Thomas provided excellent value and service. He was responsive to my request for an estimate, on time, ready to start work immediately, and gave a very reasonable quote. I was extremely satisfied with Thomas' work on my front yard tree so when one of the tree stumps in the back yard that was supposed to be killed began to recently grow back I knew who to call. Again, Thomas was responsive, on time, available to start work when I needed, and provided reasonable pricing. “My palm tree needs to be trimmed, I contact three contractors, Howard Linacre replied my phone text massage shortly, and came to my house to check the the tree next day. I chose Howard to do the trimming, because the quick response and reasonable quote. If they commit to working on a particular day you can be assured that they will be there. Recently, a a large chunk of a tree broke off on my property and the remainder of the tree needed to be removed as quickly as possible to prevent additional damage to the fences and landscape. Jeromy did not have the staff to do it immediately, but he called my local permit office and obtained an emergency removal permit, and contacted another tree service on my behalf to ensure that someone could remove it quickly.
