Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.“

For years I have searched for a studio that covers mindset, striking, weapons, grappling and have it all taught with street application. Hard to find, but GC Krav Maga has it all. They also host many self-defense and survival-specific seminars. The owner, Mr. Noi, creates an environment that is welcoming and also challenging for everyone. Every class leaves me with a great physical work out. GC Krav Maga is everything I have wanted, all in one location. There are many similar studios closer to my home, but I choose to drive 1 hour round trip to attend class regularly. Well worth it!“

The other two weren't bad, but I didn't feel that I was progressing as quickly as desired. A friend referred me to Body Solutions, and I am so thankful!. Julie truly has magic hands! I have a rare issue (TOS), causing severe issues in my arm, chest and shoulder and recently had surgery. I was scheduled in quickly and the staff is incredible! The owners Julie and Ish, and the entire Staff, are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The other patients are recovering from a myriad of surgeries and injuries. They are very busy, and all work as a team to support the patients. I have been going for 5 weeks and have major improvements. I will definitely return for future injuries.“

They also have an amazing bar which is open every class, you can order a refreshing hydration drink or even a delicious meal replacement shake! My favorite part of this place besides the amazing playlists...is the inspirational messages you're left with before leaving, sometimes it's exactly what you needed to hear that day and you just walk out feeling accomplished and inspired. However I opted for VIP because it offers a more personal one on one training. Erwin is a true professional in every sense of the word. Got to know me asked me questions and set up a plan. He is very patient and educates me as I work out on why I should avoid certain habits or foods and how to be a healthier person overall. Some of the things he has shared just resonate and when I'm trying at home it's like a light bulb moment, like aha! this is why! Erwin is a top notch trainer, not like the ones you see taking pics and posting selfies and videos while they're "training." Prices are reasonable for the excellent service and attention you get!. I highly recommend!“
