Traditional Okinawan Shobayashi Shorin-ryu karate for all ages with 60+ years experience. If you're like us, when looking for a martial art for our then-7 & 8 year olds, all those accolades sound just fine but until you know, you hear the same from everyone ?‍♀️ We yhiught to ourselves, "is "traditional Okinawan Shobayashi Shorin-ryu karate" really THE BEST for my kids?" My two sons have been attending here for almost three years now. This place is phenomenal. The owners and instructors are dedicated. The instructors volunteer their time to teach the students. The owners do not overcharge and charge enough to cover their costs. This business is for the love of the art and students, not to make a profit. This dojo teaches the traditional art and is not a belt factory. We truly love this place and my kids enjoy coming here.

Grandmaster Tosh is a phenomenal teacher, as are all of the other high ranking black belts. This is the best traditional Karate school I have ever visited/trained at. If you're looking for the best traditional martial arts school in the area, this is it! They also teach realistic self defense, which many other schools do not. Love this dojo!
