In 2022 I had five mini-splits installed in my Walnut Creek home. The price was right as apparently someone ordered these but canceled, so the units were on hand and discounted. I originally gave this company a great review because they showed up on time and did the installation, but a few months later I called about two problems I had with the work, and I never got a return call. When the installation was performed, I needed an electrical panel moved from inside one of the bedroom closets to the hallway, and they said they had an electrician that could do the work. Arrived at scheduled time. Looked at the issue with AC unit, Said it was a control board. Need to order part. This was Wednesday, 5/17. Said he would schedule for the next day when the parts arrive. It is now Friday afternoon and no word, even after several VMs. Charged $120 and nothing. It is now 90 outside and my 89 year old MIL, with dementia, is complaining. Quite loudly I will say. Cali Climate was amazing. They were efficient, timely and professional. I totally appreciate the tech Luis. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my AC unit in time for the upcoming heat wave. Can't say enough about this company.Service: A/C system repair
