“I'm husband and I have been going here for nearly 20 years for teeth cleaning's, cavity fillings, crowns and our kid's dental work. We all have had great experiences. Dr. Johnson and his staff always make sure we get the needed attention, handles insurance efficiently, and always keeps the costs down and never try to get me to do unnecessary work. I tried other dentists for a couple of years when my insurance changed, but was able to go back when I upgraded my insurance and Dr. Johnson was kind enough to fix some shoddy work that had been done in the other office. He's the nicest guy, full of stories to keep you entertained and distracted from whatever brings you to the dentist!“

“Despite having to find out that my previous dentist caused me to have fistula abscess that requires a referral to an endodontist, my experience at Landmark Dental Group was WONDERFUL! Dr. Tran was kind, thoughtful, a great teacher, and thorough. Her RDA Marichelle was sweet, patient, courteous, and explained everything that was happening. Then there was Nicole up front who made me laugh, went over the cost with me, step by step, and explained the referral process to me. “This is probably h the only review that I have done where I do not think there are enough stars to rate Dr. Curtis! No one likes to go to the dentist... But now I do. Somehow you know that you are in the very best care possible. You get Stanford dental care in Santa Cruz. Dr. Cutis is a perfectionist down to the exact iota of color shading to make your mouth just pop with healthy sparkle. She treats every mouth like you are going to be on the red carpet. My mother visited from Ohio and needed a quick (ended up not-so-quick dental intervention and Dr Curtis treated her like a family member.I have lived in too many geographical areas and have had many dentists. ,Santa Cruz County is blessed to have Dr. Curtis as a talented cosmetic/amazing over all dentist (did I mention pain free?)!!!!!THANK YOU !“

I wanted a tooth implant for years and on a whim decided to just do it. I literally just googled the nearest dentist that provides the services and dove right into it. I'm so thankful I chose Santa Cruz Family Dentist, and I'm so glad Dr. Sanam was my dentist. She's so kind, gentle, and detailed. She was also available for all my concerns and last-minute appointments.

“Dr. Creech is an amazing dentist. She is kind, understanding, and professional. I went for a cleaning a couple weeks ago, and the hygienist was awesome and super thorough. Another doctor came at the end of the cleaning, and he was wonderful, as well. His exam was efficient yet very thorough and detailed. I always feel taken care of here, and the friendly manner of the staff eases my anxiety a lot. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist in the valley.“

“As I was driving from Aptos to Scotts Valley - on a Saturday - I realized I had lost a crown. My regular dentist isn't available on Saturdays, so I googled "emergency dentist" and found two nearby choices in Santa Cruz. Since iSmileSpa had mostly fantastic reviews, I called them and was surprised to find they were in on Saturday and could see me right away. I was even more surprised to learn that they are an independent, family-run operation and were even in network for my insurance (Delta Dental of CA). So far so good ... and even better, I was greeted and treated cordially, compassionately, and kindly by Dr. Connor Malek, his sister McKenzie, and the two dental assistants on the team. Completing forms and getting the treatment plan pricing was fast and easy - all digital. Even for a needle-phobic like myself, the numbing process was pretty much pain and anxiety free. Since they make their own crowns on the premises, I was able to get the underlying cavity drilled and the crown made and secured in place all in a single visit. This was such a good experience, I plan to permanently switch over from my old dentist to iSmileSpa.“

“You might think that 5 stars and a few kind words could sum up my experiences at this office, but I don't think it comes close to properly describing just how praiseworthy they really are.

Their persistence gave me hope that despite so many bad dental choices and habits I've made in my past, that I still might be able to save many teeth from certain doom and actually enjoy my meals again!

Their passion proves that not every office is only in it for the money. The dedication I've witnessed from Kerri, Zulma, Natalie, Eddie, Zoe, Gaby, Brandy (Brandi? sry), and literally everyone else really is priceless. They are polite. They are pleasant. You should consider yourself lucky if you attend this office and receive their care. If you hate your smile like I *used* to, then I can't recommend Dr. Yoshida and her team enough! If you want to see what it's like to unironically look forward to going to the dentist, give this office a try!
