My experience with Western Dental in Santa Cruz CA has been amazing!! The front desk manager Yajaira is efficient, caring and realistic. Those qualities are all super important when discussing finances and treatment plans. The dentist Dr.Valetti is understanding and exceptionally accurate in her work, even down to the crown shade. The Dental assistants Diane and Suzy Torres are the face and personalities of the back of the office!! They make you feel relaxed and comfortable, and they go above and beyond to assist the dentist.
Abigail B. at the front desk is very kind and knowledgeable. She treats everyone who comes into the office with compassion and respect. It’s nice to be able to go into the office and be greeted and taken care of by someone so kind.
Big thank you to the front staff and the dental assistant made me feel comfortable. With our you guys the office could not run! I appreciate everything you guys do. Also to the Drs for being so professional! I’m all set to start my dental treatment at an affordable price.
