“Our shower backed up and overflowed on the floor. I called Sears Home Warranty and was immediately given the name of Gennaro Plumbing. After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward.
