Love working with V&W. Paul came out and talked with us to help us choose better windows than what we had. He showed us samples of a few brands. We also went to their showroom in West Berkeley to see the full size windows. Gave us a quote for MIlgard energy efficient windows and a sliding patio door. Quote was very competitive compared to the Anderson and Pella windows we also got quoted. We ended up only ordering the sliding patio door, and will get the rest of the windows in the future, but Paul was happy to work with us on the smaller job. I've worked with this company for many years now and have never had one issue. They have done all my doors and windows and the quality and service are surpurb! My salesman Chip is a great communicator and keeps you updated along the way. He's great to work with! I highly recommend considering them for your door and window needs. You won't be disappointed!!

This was my second time using V&W. They have a great selection of quality products, and their salesperson Chip was outstanding. The person who came and installed our door and screen door was super professional, friendly, and skilled. I'm knocking off a star because of the rude person on the phone. I called to check on when my doors would arrive, and he said the end of next week. The end of next week came and went, so I called again on the following Monday, and he said they would arrive at the end of this week, but that they were currently scheduling installation a couple weeks out.
