My husband and I recently remodeled our home and we needed a sliding patio door and new interior doors. We are thrilled that we decided to go with Golden State!! James Esver was very informative about all the products, made sure all of our orders were correct and most of all he was patient with us. It was a breath of fresh air to not have a pushy sales person and to have someone that listens to what you want and helps you find the perfect product within your budget. I have a home construction project where I need to source windows and doors. The minute I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with the most professional team; starting with the front desk personnel to the sales person, and the beautiful showroom with various displays to see and touch. James Esver is my guy and he is most helpful in guiding me through the process. Not only is he full of knowledge, he is also very patient with me. I was looking at replacing a 30 year old patio door and must have visited every door and window shop at every lumber yard in the East Bay. And I was underwhelmed with the service and expertise I encountered everywhere. Then I met David Gregory at Golden State Windows & Doors. David is a door geek and knows everything you'll ever want to know about doors. He asked me questions that no one else asked, and he explained things that no one else told me.
