“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . Then I had lunch with my friends near her shop so I said I should try this place . One day I stopped by told her what I want and she has suggestions so I said okay . What a surprised it was done perfectly ! From then on she is my go to if needed any alterations and dry cleaning. I can say pretty sure I am hard to please but she did . Excellence right there ! “I started using this service about one year ago when I needed uniforms done for my plumbing company. I met Don, the owner and he helped me get names embroidered on the shirts, American flags sewn onto the shirts and company names sewn onto the shirts. When I picked up the shirts, they were cleaned and starched, very happy with the service.Now I’m back again with the second set of shirts and looking forward to some more great service. “Anna is a skilled seamstress. She took an expensive outerwear jacket by J Linden whose zipper had completely failed after only a few wearings and replaced it with a much better quality zipper. It was a tricky job and now the jacket is perfect!!“

Vallejo Cleaners has been great in my short experience with them! They do alteration services as well as dry cleaning. My work clothes come out crispy and pristine every time! I definitely have no complaints and if anyone is looking for a new dry-cleaning service location, Vallejo Cleaners is where you need to go! Fun fact: you have the option to walk-in the location or pull-up through their drive-thru service window without having to get out of your vehicle. That's pretty cool if you ask me! “Came in Monday at 18:00, an hour before closing, and requested 8 articles of clothing be cleaned (3 jackets, 2 slacks, 3 shirts) and they got them ALL taken care of ASAP before 15:00 the next day (less than 24 hours!) and for $50 flat!They did an excellent job and even go out my tough collar stains! I'll definitely be coming back! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!“

“Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.“

“Have always had great and fast service from here, but $47 to hem 2 pairs of men’s work pants seems outrageous. A few years ago this would run $10-12/each. Definitely check with them the cost before hand because this was far more than expected at pickup (my own fault obviously for not clarifying beforehand).“

“Make sure you arrive well before closing time. I came here to pick up clothes 15 minutes before closing time, and the door was shut and lights off. No explanation. Had to make a second trip costing me gas and bridge fare a second time. That said, the suit looked good, and they got it done pretty fast.“
