No idea why we have given this guy so many chances. We live in the area and really wanted to support a family business, but enough is enough. He is SO unreliable. After 20+ times dropping off dry cleaning, every time we try to pick up clothes (a week+ later) they are never ready on time and have to come back later or the following days. Today, after telling him last time we will give him one more chance, I lost my mind. I do not understand the business process or order this man has in place. It's surprising he's still in business. You'd think dry cleaning 4 shirts would take a couple days, but NO! He then said he can have the shirts ready in 15 minutes for me. Really?...read full review

So unreliable and such poor service! I don't know why I've given this guy so many chances.... between drycleaning, alterations, and having patches sewn on to jackets.... literally 80% of the time there's multiple delays... and then he hands you back "finished" items that haven't been cleaned or fixed, etc.And he makes you pay in advance.Here's a common scenario: You come to pick uo your clothes the day he says the work is supposed to be done. Then you get told to come back the next day ("it'll be done in the morning"). You get there in the evening of the next day...then get told to wait 20 minutes... then another 30 minutes... still not done. Then he tells you to come...read full review
