“I brought my gaming PC in for an issue that came up with my graphics card since it was giving me Windows error 43, and he worked fast! I thought I would have to leave it there for a day or two but he worked on it in less than two hours to resolve the issue. He did not charge me for diagnosing the problem and told me the cost of repair after he found the problem! In my case my graphics card wasn't showing up and I feared that it might have died since there was a power outage the day before but it was working fine for hours after so I couldn't be sure. I called him over the phone and he asked what was going on and tried to resolve it over the phone before I took it in. Turns out the issue was my graphics card and he tried pretty much everything to resolve it while prioritizing keeping my important data safe. I had to get my graphics card replaced but he offered multiple repair options he could try before I went the replacement route. I could tell that he puts in the time and effort for his customer base and would gladly trust him with my custom PC any day. Overall amazing service, very friendly and great guy! He speaks both English and Spanish so that's a plus! 5 Stars from me!“
