It's awesome to know that for as good as I am at causing computer/system issues, Alpha & Omega are BETTER at correcting them! My problem was addressed immediately and handled literally while I was on the phone with them. With a follow up later to make sure I was happy with the result. Great staff and great customer service. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to others.
