On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I called on a Saturday morning about a leaking/pooling storm drain in our front yard and Greg and one of his wonderful crew members came out the same day a few hours later to look at the issue . They checked our storm drain and sewer, which both ended up looking okay, but having professionals like Greg and his team come out to give it a thorough look over gave us great peace of mind. “Mr. Wang was a true professional. I reached out to him last weekend for an appointment today. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time.
