Horrible customer service from Norma she seem’s to lack customer service skills nor does she understand the process of relaying a simple message for medication refill, Norma is incompetent and very unprofessional. she some how seems to think she runs the office! She needs to learn how to direct herself to patients, as if it were not for us she have no job. Dr. Perez is amazing too bad he hires the wrong staff.Definitely filing a grievance with the health plan and switching clinics!!!
Already visited like 10 times. It's just another normal day with medical professionals. I wasn't expecting anything special from them? Was confused about the bad reviews, but if I really needed something checked out with my health, I'll just go somewhere else with a specialist. Also, they're not my therapist, so at this point, I don't care, lol
Called 4 times and was told they would call me back, but they only called me back once. The staff is unprofessional receptionist staff is rude over the phone and have side conversations while talking to you. Good luck getting an appointment.
