It is a clinic that is always canceling appointments. Today I had an appointment with my son, I dried him up from school, I arrived a little late and they didn't want to attend to me. Other times we waited until 1 or 2 and one doesn't complain, but today I do give it half courage, I give it 0000**
I'm changing my mind about this clinic.I had given it 5 stars but now I take it away because yesterday 02/01/2023 I went to the clinic and they were very credible and they did not want to see my son for his vaccinations, they told me that they could only see my son by appointment.
I asked for medical records (lab work) it's on site. They had me fill out a request form and wait 15 days to be allowed to pick them up. They madya copy of my driver's license. When I asked for it back, They acted as tho they had no idea where they put it. I pointed it out laying on top of the open file cabinet drawer they on top of the copy they made. Glad I was alert and paying attention. They were not .... No stars.
